9. Purchase Terms and Conditions
9.1 Purchases Are Final — If in Doubt, Don’t Buy
- Read each sales page in its entirety before purchasing. Know exactly what is included, excluded, covered, and delivered.
- All sales are final at the moment payment processing completes. We issue no refunds, reimbursements, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, failure to use the product, dissatisfaction with content, technical difficulties, or changes in personal circumstances.
- Exception: You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase by contacting us at the address in Section 24. Refund requests after seven days or after the start of a Diagnostic Session, 4-Week program, or 8-Week program receive no consideration.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated through your financial institution result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
9.2 Payment Processing
- The displayed price is the final price. We offer no discounts, negotiations, or price adjustments.
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase using Stripe or PayPal.
- If your payment method is declined, that is your responsibility to resolve with your financial institution.
- We bear no responsibility for payment processing failures, declined cards, insufficient funds, or other payment-related issues on your end.
- Technical difficulties with payment processors may delay order processing but do not void pricing or create any obligation on our part for price adjustments.
- We do not pursue collections, offer payment plans, or provide payment-related customer service beyond confirming successful transaction completion.
9.3 Early Enrollment Pricing
- Early enrollment pricing expires at 11:59 PM EST on the date specified on the sales page. It will not be backdated, applied retroactively, or honored after expiration for any reason, including technical difficulties, payment delays, or time zone confusion.
- Regular pricing applies immediately upon expiration of any early enrollment period.
9.4 Courses
- You have ongoing access to the current version of any course you purchase. If we retire or replace a course, we will give you the option to download the course materials before removal.

9.6 Digital Product Delivery
- We deliver digital products immediately upon successful payment processing, to the email address you provide at checkout.

- Failure to receive digital products due to an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or email delivery issues does not entitle you to a refund or redelivery beyond our standard 48-hour technical support window.
10. FTC Compliance and Disclaimers
10.1 Affiliate Link Disclosure
This website and our digital products may contain affiliate links. If you click a link and purchase a recommended product or service, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we personally use or believe will add genuine value.
10.2 Earnings and Income Disclaimers
Any earnings or income statements or examples we show on this website, in our products or services, or through any other method are estimates of what you might earn. We make no assurance that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your results depend on factors including your background, experience, work ethic, motivation, and business acumen.
Income claims are not typical. Your results may vary significantly. As with any business endeavor, you assume all risk related to investment and money based on your own decisions and at your own potential expense.
The FTC requires us to identify what a “typical” result is. For most people who purchase business advisory services or educational materials, the typical result is little to no measurable improvement or outcome. Most people do not follow through on implementation of the strategies and techniques taught.
10.3 Professional Advice Disclaimer
Information provided on this website and in our products is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, tax, investment, or other specialized advice. Seek qualified professional advice before making any business, financial, or legal decision based on information from our services.
10.4 Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Testimonials and examples in our marketing materials reflect exceptional results and do not represent or guarantee that anyone else will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Each person’s success depends on their background, dedication, desire, and motivation.
10.5 Business Risk Disclaimer
Your results from any business strategy or investment may vary and will reflect your individual capacity, experience, expertise, and level of commitment. We make no guarantees about the level of success you may experience. You accept the risk that earnings and income outcomes differ by individual.
11. Email List Membership
Email list membership is exclusively for paying customers who have completed at least one purchase. We do not offer access through free signups, lead magnets, contests, or any other means.
Membership requirements: You must have completed at least one paid transaction, maintain an active and valid email address, and comply with all communication guidelines in these Terms.
Unsubscribe policy: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Unsubscribes are permanent. Resubscribing requires a new purchase. Transactional service-related emails continue regardless of marketing unsubscribe status.
12. Payment Terms
12.1 Advisory Services
- Payment for all advisory services must be completed in full before the first scheduled session.
- All advisory fees are final and non-refundable, subject to the seven-day refund window in Section 9.1.
- I provide no partial refunds, credits, or payment deferrals for unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or any other reason.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session results in forfeiture of that session. No makeup sessions or credits apply.
12.2 Subscription Services
By subscribing to our premium newsletter, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee to your designated payment method on the same calendar date each billing cycle until you cancel.
Auto-Renewal: You will receive email notification of upcoming auto-renewals exactly thirty (30) calendar days before your renewal date at 12:00 PM EST. No mid-cycle upgrades, downgrades, plan changes, or billing modifications are available. Changes may only be made during the 7-day window immediately following your renewal date.
Content Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the content topics, format, delivery method, or frequency of our subscription services. You will receive email notification thirty (30) calendar days before any changes to delivery frequency, format, or core subject matter take effect.
Cancellation: Cancellations are permanent and irreversible. Once you cancel, resubscribe requests from the same email address, name, or payment method will be automatically rejected. This policy ensures the exclusivity and integrity of our premium subscriber community.
12.3 Digital Products
- All sales of digital products are final at the moment payment processing completes, subject to the seven-day refund window in Section 9.1.
- No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits apply under any circumstances beyond the seven-day window, including technical difficulties, buyer’s remorse, failure to download, or dissatisfaction with content.
13. Technology Requirements and Platform Dependencies
13.1 Minimum Technology Requirements

- Broadband internet connection with minimum 5 Mbps download speed
- Updated web browser released within the last 24 months (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+)
- Operating system released within the last 5 years (Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, iOS 14+, Android 10+)
- PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat or equivalent)
- Active email account capable of receiving attachments up to 25MB

13.2 Technology Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your technology meets all minimum requirements before purchasing. We provide no technical support for device compatibility, software installation, or troubleshooting. All technology-related issues—including outdated browsers, slow connections, device malfunctions, or software conflicts—are your responsibility.
Our digital products depend on our continued operation and hosting service availability. We bear no responsibility for temporary outages, maintenance periods, or infrastructure failures. Platform changes may occur without notice. Your failure to maintain compatible technology creates no obligation on our part to provide alternative access or technical support.
14. Scheduling and Cancellation
All coaching sessions must be scheduled exclusively through our Calendly integration. No alternative scheduling methods apply. Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. You are responsible for selecting the correct time zone and confirming the session time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Submit cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the scheduled session through the Calendly system. Requests submitted less than 24 hours in advance result in forfeiture of that session with no makeup sessions or refunds. No-shows result in immediate forfeiture. Technical difficulties on your end—internet issues, device problems, software conflicts—do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds. A maximum of two (2) rescheduling requests per purchased session apply. Additional requests result in forfeiture of the session.
15. Privacy, Data Retention, and Marketing Communications
15.1 Customer Success Stories and Testimonials
We retain perpetual, irrevocable rights to use customer success stories and testimonials in our marketing materials. We identify you by first name and last initial only (e.g., “John D.”) unless you provide explicit written consent for additional identification. We may use testimonials and success stories without seeking prior approval for each use. We may edit content for length, clarity, or format without changing its substantive meaning. We may use content across all media including digital marketing, print, presentations, websites, social media, and any other marketing channels.
15.2 Data Retention and Usage Policy
We retain all customer information indefinitely for legal, tax, and business record purposes as required by applicable law. Retained data includes purchase history, payment information, communication records, and transaction details. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to third parties for their commercial purposes. We maintain customer data securely and use it only for transaction processing, customer service, and legal compliance. Data may transfer only in connection with business sales, mergers, acquisitions, or other business transactions where such transfer is legally required.
15.3 Marketing Communications and Opt-Out Rights
By completing any purchase, you consent to receive: transactional emails related to purchases, account activities, and service notifications (these cannot be opted out of as they are essential to service delivery); marketing communications including promotional offers and educational content; and newsletter subscriptions where applicable based on your purchase.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect our data retention obligations under Section 15.2.

You must advance all defense costs upon our request. This indemnification obligation has no monetary limit and survives termination of these Terms.
19. Termination
We may terminate, suspend, restrict, or disable your access to all or any part of the Site, services, and products immediately and without prior notice, opportunity to cure, or liability for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of intellectual property rights, abusive conduct, technical misuse, legal or regulatory concerns, business reasons including discontinuation of services, or our sole discretion.
Effects of termination: All access to the Site, products, and services ceases immediately. You forfeit all payments and are not entitled to refunds, credits, or reimbursements.
