Written Publications

Up to 3 (three) percent of a written publication may be used without permission provided: (a) accurate, correct and proper attribution to author and publisher is included; (b) a current, active hyperlink to the original content is included; and (c) the quote is not used out of context to the original content or in a manner that changes or contradicts the overall meaning of the original content.

Audio and Video Publications

Up to 1 (one) percent of an audio and video publication may be used without permission provided: (a) accurate, correct and proper attribution to author and publisher is included; (b) a current, active hyperlink to the original content is included; and (c) the audio or video segment is not used out of context to the original content or in a manner that changes or contradicts the overall meaning of the original content.
